Shannon McRaith, MS

I’m a Professional Mental Health Counselor Intern here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Masters in School Counseling from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2016 and have experience working with children ranging from PreK-12th grade as a kindergarten teacher and school counselor. When I’m not working with children, you can usually find me doing yoga, boating on Lake Superior or spending time with my family.

Here at Caillier Clinic I specialize in school based mental health. I’m passionate about supporting clients to be the best version of themselves, so they are ready to meet their social, behavioral and academic goals in and out of the school setting.

I believe in supporting each clients well-being, fostering resilience, and creating a safe space for emotional growth. My philosophy is centered on empowerment—helping clients develop coping skills, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness so they can thrive beyond the school environment and ensuring every student, regardless of background, feels heard and supported. My goal is to meet students where they are—whether struggling, thriving, or somewhere in between. I have a deep commitment to understanding their unique challenges and strengths. By guiding them toward success in life, I want to help each client build resilience, confidence, and the emotional tools they need to navigate the world beyond school.
