Alexis Misco, BA
I’m a Behavioral Specialist here at Caillier Clinic working to become a Licensed Professional Councilor (LPC). I received my bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in 2023 and I am working towards my masters degree in Clinical Mental health Counseling at Colorado Christian University. I have clinical experience as a Behavioral Health Specialist in inpatient psychology, providing direct care to children, adolescents, and adults with diverse mental health diagnoses.
Additionally, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder to support behavioral, communication, and adaptive skill development. When I’m not working, you can usually find me outside whether that’s running, hiking, riding horses (specifically roping cattle!), or out on the water soaking up some sunshine. I also love to travel and spend quality time with my friends and family. Staying active and connected to the people I care about helps me stay grounded and energized both in life and in my work.
Here at Caillier Clinic I specialize in behavioral intervention and skills training with an emphasis on person centered and solution focused therapy. I’m passionate about helping individuals discover hope in their lives and empowering them to achieve meaningful progress in their lives, and I love turning obstacles into opportunities.
I believe that all people are intricately and beautifully created with a unique purpose and that each person is capable of growth and positive change. my goal is to gently support others as they explore and discover that purpose and deeper meaning in their lives.
