Ashley Osteen, APSW
I’m a Therapist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Master’s in Social Work from UW-Madison in 2021 and have experience serving youth and their families since 2015. My background is in public child welfare, family dynamics/conflict, and adolescent behavior. When I’m not working as a therapist, you can usually find me hanging out with my husband and dogs, playing in my band, or on a trip abroad experiencing new cultures!
Here at Caillier Clinic I specialize in school-based mental health services. I’m passionate about helping youth build resilience to navigate life’s challenges and providing families the tools they need to thrive. With a strong foundation in systems work, I believe in the power of collaboration with caregivers, educators, and community partners—because it takes a village!
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a happy, healthy life, regardless of their past or present circumstances. As a therapist, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered to grow, heal, and thrive. My mission is to support, educate, and uplift the youth and families in our community so that we can collectively build a stronger, more compassionate future.
